ABOUT ME



My name is Matt. In 2009 my life changed when my partner gave birth to our son. Through her pregnancy l put on around 3 stone through eating junk food and failing to take care of my body.
At the start of 2011....I decided to change this!

I joined a local CROSSFIT affiliation and quickly picked up that nutrition, comes hand in hand with performance. A wise man once told me that it is better to get your nutrition right and your training wrong, than the other way around. I kept hearing everyone talking about "Paleo" all the time, but didnt really know what it was. I noticed everyone talking about it was fit, healthy, full of vitality, energy and strength....and l wanted in!

Since January this year l have embraced and accelerated my interest in the Paleo lifestyle to the point that l now have this blog. I hope to build a community on this blog that can share these forms of progress whilst enjoying a long and happy life of nutrition!

At the start of 2012 l will be posting a before and after picture as it will have been 12 months since starting Crossfit and around 10 months since starting Paleo. The results are there to be had people...and the results are many.
